Temperature Quilt from Night Owl Quilting

This beauty is Amy's 2022 Temperature Quilt.  The pattern is available free from Canuck Quilter Designs.  All the different variations out there, this is my favorite Temperature quilt pattern and the color palette Amy selected is just wonderful.

Amy chose the Arrowful pantograph and I love how the movement of the pantograph compliments the movement in the piecing.

Each row in the quilt represents a month, with the daily high temperature and the daily low temperature being represented by the different colored squares.

Tessa Quilt from Night Owl Quilting

Kristine made this stunning quilt for her 17 year old son Carter.  The interesting part of the story is that Kristine had nothing to do with the fabric selection.  Carter selected the fabrics with the help of George (aka Mr. Fabriculous) at Fabriculous in Brandon, Manitoba.  I personally think they did an outstanding job.

The pattern is called the Tessa Quilt by Kitchen Table Quilting.

Carter selected the Arrowful pantograph and the black Cuddle backing.  I love how he was invested in all the decisions surrounding this quilt.

Cindy's Landmark Quilt from Night Owl Quilting

Cindy made this neutral and modern version of the Landmark Quilt by The Blanket Statement.  Cindy selected the Arrowful pantograph and I love the little bit of movement it adds.  We opted for a cream colored thread that blended into the background to not distract from the pattern.  The quilting always shows up so wonderfully on the cozy fireside backing.

I tried a new photo location in town that I hadn't really checked out before.  We also used a new tool....

This is Nolan, the quilt husband/quilt holder who never complains, even when conditions are less than optimal ...

Bird's Hill Quilt - Star Wars Version from Night Owl Quilting

This epic quilt was made by Amy using the Bird's Hill Quilt pattern from The Blanket Statement.  It is not only epic in fabric choice, and size but in the number of HSTs Amy had to make and trim!  This quilt is definitely made for a king size bed at 110" x 110" (the third largest to pass through my studio) as it reaches the floor on my queen.

Amy found the coolest Star Wars Watercolor fabric from Camelot fabrics.  She paired it with a black Ruby Star Speckled fabric for the background.  Amy selected the Arrowful pantograph and ...

Volleyball & New Pantographs from Night Owl Quilting

This fun volleyball quilt was made by Reneta.  She found the pattern on Etsy from Vickers Quilt Company and it is simply called "Volleyball Quilt Pattern"  I love how Reneta changed up the colors from the original pattern and added a little personal touch in the corner.

This one came into my studio at just the right time as I had ordered some new pantographs and "Arrowful" seemed to be a perfect fit.

Here are the new pantographs that have been added to my collection.
(I have a separate page on this blog where I show all the pantograph patterns ...
